Nancy Perkins

A Southwest Florida native, Nancy Perkins was raised in Glades County, and now resides in Buckingham.
After graduation from Moore Haven High School, Nancy began her career in administrative roles—from
the structure of a CPA firm to the hustle and bustle of a car dealership. Nancy then invested the
following 17 years in legal support for a LaBelle law practice. In working as a legal assistant, she found
that administrative work is where she excels. She managed a variety of matters from probate,
foreclosures, quiet titles, evictions, real estate closings, wills, trusts, and reconciliation of accounts.
Nancy brought her years of experience to Florida Hometown Title to manage a breadth of work
including the issuance of owner and lender title policies, e-recording, transferring mobile home titles, pulling
title commitments, and more! When she is not managing the various aspects of the title insurance
process, you can find Nancy turkey hunting (her passion), boating, traveling, and spending time with
family and friends.
