Professional Experience:
Doug is Chairman of the accounting firm Frost, PLLC’s Executive Committee. He primarily provides services to food processing / animal agriculture industry and construction / real estate industry. Doug has over 30 years of experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, accounting system design and implementation, auditing, and consulting on business matters including organizational structure, key employee compensation, general estate planning, and other business matters. He currently represents clients with operations in 22 states and some foreign countries.
Doug serves on the board of numerous property and condo associations and actively involved in leasing and managing both commercial and residential real estate in South Florida and Arkansas.
Past speaker for the annual U.S. Poultry and Egg Association Financial Management Seminar, and numerous meetings of the National Pork Board, National Chicken Council, National Turkey Federation, and various other organizations.
