Gina P. Noonan, CLC & CLS

An Illinois native, Gina Perino Noonan, studied agriculture business at University of Illinois before joining Perino Land and Cattle, her family farming operation. After relocating to Florida in 1990, she began her title insurance career with Executive Title, participating in every aspect of the industry during her tenure there. As a Notary Public since 1995, her first title achievement was successfully becoming a Certified Land Closer, as awarded by the Florida Land Title Association in 1996. The rest came naturally with becoming a Licensed Title Agent in 2003 and a Certified Land Searcher in 2004.

Currently residing in Lee County, her family and friends fills her life. As a New York Yankee fan by choice and a Chicago Cubs fan by birth, in the off season, she still finds time to fish, boat and tinker with her antique vehicle in the beautiful Southwest Florida weather.

With more than 25 years of title insurance experience, Gina has the knowledge required to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Her hands on approach to tackling the unforeseen issues that can delay or even stop a transaction creates a comfortable atmosphere for clients, by being able to rely on her problem solving capabilities.
