Professional Experience

Since 2002, Jacqueline has been engaged in economic development and real estate in the State of Florida. Prior to earning her law license, Jacqueline worked in corporate realty and leasing at Raymond James & Associates and operations management for global companies. In 2010, she joined the federal practice group of Cohen & Foster, P.A., specializing in financial and transactional analysis in mortgage fraud matters and a variety of domestic and international white collar criminal defense cases. Jacqueline began her solo practice in 2012 focusing primarily on commercial and residential real estate matters, civil disputes, contracts and business development. Jacqueline draws from wide breadth of business and legal experience to provide solutions and answers to our clients.

Recognitions

2017- 2019 Fellow of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, 2010 William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award from Stetson University, Recognition of Leadership in 2007 from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a 2002 Presidential Scholarship from Rollins College.

Ms. Peregrin is a Member of the Florida Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Collier County Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, and Naples Area Board of Realtors.

Activities

Jacqueline is committed to giving back to Florida-based educational causes. She serves on the board of the Pace Center for Girls in Collier at Immokalee and previously served on the Rollins College Alumni Board. Jacqueline regularly contributes to panels and student programs on topics from family enterprise to career development. Outside of the state, she has performed mission work and led teams in Amazonas, Brazil, to provide clean water, health and education services in villages along the Rio Negro.

Education

Jacqueline obtained her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2010, MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business in 2007 and her BA in International Business from Rollins College in 2006.
