Jennifer Loreto is a dedicated Closing Assistant at Florida Hometown Title & Escrow, where she supports smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to close. Born in North Carolina and raised in LaBelle, Florida, Jennifer brings both local insight and a strong work ethic to every client interaction.

In her role, Jennifer manages essential closing responsibilities, including opening contracts, coordinating communication, answering client calls, and ensuring documents are processed accurately and on time. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she provides clear communication and dependable support to clients and partners across the real estate community. She has also earned her Escrow certification, strengthening her expertise in title and closing processes.

Jennifer is a graduate of LaBelle High School and Immokalee Technical Center. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of four and enjoys staying active in her children’s sports activities.
