Kortney Johnson

Born in Ohio and proudly raised in Florida, Kortney graduated from Fort Myers High School and went on to study administrative business at Florida SouthWestern College. With over twenty years of experience in corporate training and compliance, she has mastered how to thrive in fast-paced environments and believes strongly in a “quality over quantity” approach to everything she does.

Kortney has been a dedicated member of the Florida Hometown Title & Escrow team since 2021. She works closely with clients to ensure every transaction is managed with precision and professionalism. Known for her strong relationships and dependable communication, she is committed to delivering high-quality support throughout the closing process.

Community service has always been close to Kortney’s heart. She spent 15 years as a 4-H leader, helping teach and inspire local youth, and she continues to pour her passion into giving back to those around her—a value she shares deeply with her husband. When she’s not working or volunteering, you can usually find her enjoying time with her husband, kids, and grandkids.

As a Florida Notary, Kortney genuinely loves being part of the closing process. Helping bring transactions together and seeing the smiles at the closing table are what makes every detail worth it for her.
