Marisela Leiva-Falero

Marisela (Mari) Leiva-Falero was born and raised in Miami, Florida, by proud Cuban parents who instilled in her the values of hard work, family, and community. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish she has always had a passion for helping others communicate and feel understood. She studied to become a sign language interpreter, further strengthening her love for connecting with and assisting people from all walks of life

A devoted wife, mother of two sons, stepmother to one daughter, grandmother to five grandchildren, and proud pet owner of two dogs and over 150 pigeons, family has always been at the center of Marisela’s life. In 2006, she moved to Lehigh Acres to provide her family with a better environment and quickly fell in love with the community and the people who call it home.

In 2014, Marisela began her career in the title industry as a receptionist at a title company. Through dedication, determination, and a strong work ethic, she worked her way up and earned her title license. Today, she truly enjoys helping clients understand the buying and selling process while guiding agents and brokers toward successful closings. Her passion for the industry comes from building relationships and making every transaction a smooth and positive experience.
Outside of work, Marisela loves traveling, spending quality time with her family, and embracing her fun-loving personality, including her longtime love for Betty Boop.
