Mary P. Gretel

Born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arkansas State University. In 1980, she relocated to Wellington, Florida, where she built a successful career rooted in sales and marketing. In 2004, she founded Distinctive Title Services, Inc., driven by her commitment to integrity, dedication, and genuine compassion for her clients and their customers.

In October 2025, Distinctive Title Services became a division of Florida Hometown Title & Escrow—a partnership formed on shared values and a vision for expanded resources. The entire Distinctive team remains in place, continuing to deliver the same exceptional service clients have come to expect.

Mary’s greatest joys are her family and friends, especially her son, her new grandson, and her beloved dog Bebe, who has proudly served as the office mascot for the past six years. Outside of the title insurance industry, Mary enjoys college football, tennis, reading, animal rescue, and fine dining. Her philanthropic passions include United Cerebral Palsy, various animal rescue organizations, and a physical therapy scholarship program at ASU established in honor of her parents.
