Sandra “Sandy” Inness was born in New York and relocated to Lehigh Acres, Florida, in 1991 in search of a better lifestyle for her family. With 38 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Sandy has built a career centered on helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Her extensive background includes mortgage processing, underwriting, closing, and management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of every step of the lending process.

In 2025, Sandy transitioned into the title industry, where she continues to put her industry expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service to work for her clients. She enjoys getting to know people, building lasting relationships, and helping make each transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.

When she’s not working, Sandy enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years, their three children, and two grandchildren. Whether she’s relaxing at the beach, taking a cruise, or making memories with family and friends, Sandy values the connections and experiences that make life meaningful.
